SHIPPING POLICY
A S MODA will dispatch the orders within 24-48 Hrs. It takes 2-7 working days to reach the customer depending on the location.
Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Please Note: A maximum of 3 attempts would be made for dispatched the order.
DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can request to return/exchange purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery, After that due to any reason will not accepted.
To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
- The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
- If the purchased product includes 2 pcs set , returning all the products should be present.
- The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any defect.
- Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
- Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
- Return/Exchange request can be placed and accepted only once per order. Multiple requests will not be entertained

Please share product images of wrong style/size or damage product delivered also mention your order number & reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel

Time taken for Return Order Pickup: 5-7 business days

- Time taken for product inspection once it reaches A S MODA warehouse: 2 days.
- Time taken to initiate refund after successful product inspection: 7 days.
- Time taken for product inspection once it reaches A S MODA warehouse : 2 days.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please cancel the same before the item is ready to ship. If the order is ready to ship/dispatched then cancellation will not be done.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The company will not allow product exchange and /or returns on orders shipped internationally.
In case of any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damage or defective or if product delivered is different from What you had expected, please contact us at customercare@mayurisant.com & SHARE PRODUCT IMAGES Within 48 hours of receiving the order.
